Your Stay
The farmhouse itself has two beautifully refurbished bedrooms (Cedars with a super king bed and ensuite bathroom and Lake View with a king size bed and private bathroom next door- both rooms are extremely spacious so additional single beds can be added on request), a comfortable drawing room with log fire and a panoramic view towards the wildlife pond and hillside. Comfort is high on the agenda, with high quality king or super king size beds, fresh bed linen, fluffy towels and warm cosy rooms (courtesy of our newly installed woodchip boiler).
The delicious and varied breakfast menus are sourced from local suppliers and are highly rated by our guests. The menu ranges from homemade porridge with cream, to your traditional Scottish Breakfast with everything in between- including our favourite, Eggs Benedict!. Finish your delicious meal with honey produced in the valley as well as locally made marmalade and jam.

Guests are welcome to relax in the garden and enjoy the peace and serenity of the valley. An ideal location for children with plenty of room to roam, dogs to walk and ponies to see.
From the farmhouse a variety of birds and animals can be seen including our herons, ravens and occasionally roe deer grazing by the riverside.
